




Position Summary: This managerial support role focuses on commercial coordination, administrative management, and strategic follow-up to ensure operational efficiency and customer service. Key Highlights: 1. Commercial coordination and tracking of business opportunities. 2. Administrative management and strategic support to management. 3. Support in documentation and compliance with departmental procedures. Administer and update the CRM (tracking of opportunities, negotiation stages, CEO’s probability of closing). Coordinate the submission of commercial proposals and track responses. Support the structuring of quotations and validation of commercial terms. Serve as the administrative point of contact for strategic customers. Conduct post-sales administrative follow-up (documentation, contracts, invoicing). Follow up on commitments arising from strategic meetings. Prepare presentations for commercial committees and board meetings. Manage the executive calendar, prioritizing strategic commercial meetings. Coordinate commercial meeting schedules with customers. Ensure each activity is successfully completed. Coordinate activities according to the General Manager’s agenda. Manage documentation required for business matters or direct requests to management within requested timeframes. Perform verifications with the contracts attorney or relevant documents to confirm compliance with all requirements. Align the entire management process with the SIG system, from documentation to evidence. Support documentation of departmental procedures and compliance therewith. Know and manage databases and reports. Lead, coordinate, and promote comprehensive and timely service to customers or employees with a high level of efficiency, effectiveness, and efficacy, guided by the values of quality, commitment, and transparency. Manage the management team’s email inbox. Answer calls directed to management and route them as required. Generate documents upon the manager’s request. Manage the department’s digital filing system. Attend all scheduled trainings to acquire the knowledge needed to respond to customers from the required perspective.
