Additionally, you must strengthen the team’s commercial skills through coaching, call audits, and continuous feedback, ensuring operational excellence, proper handling of objections, and efficient use of sales tools. We are seeking our next Expansion Sales Supervisor. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading and motivating the Expansion CS team, promoting their development and ensuring their performance. - Developing and sharing best practices with team members to consistently ensure fairness, efficiency, and effectiveness of our processes. - Achieving our KPIs, including: Logos, MRR, CVR, SLA. - Developing and maintaining a motivated workforce by providing direction, training, and feedback. - Mastering and ensuring compliance with internal processes through constant monitoring of our KPIs. - Driving and seeking process improvements through data analysis. - Developing strategies for departmental growth to generate insights and build new strategies.
