




Job Summary: We are seeking a Computer Technician or Technologist to provide on-site technical support for technology services and manage network infrastructure incidents at client locations. Interpersonal skills and problem-solving Education: Technician or Technologist in Computing, graduated from a recognized Higher Education Institution. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in: providing in-person technical service support. Experience in basic infrastructure support (networks, software firewalls, access points, network controllers, power plants, among others). Strong interpersonal relationship skills. Responsibilities: Resolve infrastructure-related requests and incidents. Address errors related to network infrastructure. Manage, document, and close infrastructure support service requests in the client's ITSM tool. Coordinate various infrastructure-related activities across client locations and with different vendors. Update Corporate Applications Installation Manuals. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 5 PM, complying with weekly working hour regulations. Additionally, availability for 2 weeks per month. City: Bogotá – locations in Cundinamarca.
