Responsibilities: Resolve infrastructure-related requests and incidents Address errors related to network infrastructure Manage, document, and close infrastructure support service requests in the client's ITSM tool Coordinate various infrastructure-related activities across client sites and with different vendors Update Corporate Applications Installation Manuals Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 5 PM, complying with weekly hour requirements per regulations. Additional availability required for 2 weeks per month.
