If you are a systems, electronics, or related-field technician or technologist with at least 1 year of experience providing maintenance and repairing printing equipment, we are looking for you! What will you do? Install, diagnose, configure, instruct users, and perform maintenance on computing equipment following service protocols. Generate parts requests in ServiceMax, continuously ensuring cost optimization to achieve expected profitability through replacement of necessary parts and supplies. Record customer incidents and requests. Track corrective and preventive maintenance requests. Report time and activities online in ServiceMax and ADP as applicable. Travel to incident locations to resolve them. What we seek: Graduated technologist, seventh-semester student, or professional in Systems Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering. 1 year or more of experience in repair, remanufacturing, and replacement of components in printing equipment. (Mandatory). Knowledge of computing (desirable). Advanced knowledge of printer repair. Commitment to quality service and continuous improvement. Intermediate Excel skills.
