At Siigo, we are seeking our next Profiling Advisor to join our team and take innovation to the next level. If you are passionate about challenges, this is the place where you can make a difference. · What awaits you in this role 1. Create follow-ups for (Leads). 2. Make calls to prospects generated by marketing and as automatic leads. 3. Profile leads arriving via inbound calls or automatic lead generation, then transfer them to the corresponding sales advisor. 4. Correct misclassified follow-ups in Siigo and external forms. 5. Transfer calls to different departments based on customer and/or prospect needs. 6. Carry out all other duties assigned by your immediate team leader that align with the nature of this position. · What we need from you? - You hold a certified high school diploma. - You have at least 6 months of experience in Customer Service, Call Centers, and/or Collections. - You possess basic proficiency in office tools.
