Because the challenges you’ll take on reflect your ambitions! **Responsibilities and Duties** Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end enterprise applications integrating web interfaces, backend services, databases, and generative AI capabilities—such as agents, intelligent assistants, process automation, and corporate information search. Required Knowledge: Frontend: Angular, HTML5; Backend: Java with Spring Boot API integrations: REST APIs, JSON, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect Architectures: Microservices, layered architecture, design patterns Data: SQL and at least one NoSQL database Testing: Unit, integration, automation, and quality analysis DevOps: Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker Cloud: Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Generative AI: Consuming LLM models and prompt engineering Agents Using tools, memory, state, and decision flows RAG Embeddings, chunking, retrieval, and grounded generation Security Secrets management, encryption, data protection, and traceability Candidates must have experience with one or more of the following: * OpenAI or Azure OpenAI. * Microsoft Foundry Agent Service. * LangChain or LangGraph. * Semantic Kernel. * Spring AI. * Google Vertex AI. * Amazon Bedrock. * Vector databases such as Azure AI Search, PostgreSQL with pgvector, Pinecone, Weaviate, or Elasticsearch. * Model Context Protocol — MCP. * Observability and model evaluation tools. It is not necessary to possess all of these. To qualify, candidates should demonstrate real-world experience with: * A model provider. * An agent framework. * A RAG strategy. * A vector database or search engine. * Model evaluation, observability, and security controls. Develop responsive and accessible web interfaces. Build APIs, microservices, and backend components. Integrate applications with AI models. Implement agents that query systems, execute tools, or automate activities. Develop RAG solutions using corporate information. Create controls to validate generated responses. Implement traceability for prompts, responses, and agent actions. Develop unit, integration, and automated tests. Participate in code reviews. Fix vulnerabilities and quality findings. Document components and technical decisions.
