If you have the qualities and drive to lead teams, positions are ready to cultivate your abilities and take you to the next level. **Job Description:** **Overview:** Responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring activities assigned to this role and coordinating with the warehouse manager on plans and improvements related to warehouse operations. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor and ensure that respective assistants perform temperature and relative humidity measurements in the warehouse according to frequencies established in the procedure, under ambient or controlled environmental conditions. * Ensure and/or operate the WMS for controlling warehouse movements and inventory management. * Ensure proper conditioning of imports and invoices, complying with technical management guidelines so they may be authorized by technical management, and monitor and report quantities of approved conditioned products, considering their quality status, labeling, quantities, location, etc. * Ensure and verify compliance with Good Storage Practices in the warehouse. * Ensure and control access to the warehouse by visitors, staff, and suppliers, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and industrial safety. * Guarantee receipt, processing, and routing of returned products for quality review per quality standards, and report findings. * Ensure, control, and verify proper warehouse organization. * Understand various customer agreements; prepare a service quality statistic measuring agreed-upon parameters—this statistic must be generated at least monthly (unless otherwise specified in a customer agreement). * Prepare monthly operational indicators for overall warehouse performance. **Requirements:** Education: Minimum high school diploma. Experience: Minimum 6 months in similar roles. Availability to work onsite in Siberia. Grade 004. Schedule: Monday to Saturday.
