Postgraduate Degree: in Project Management, Construction Management, Construction Administration, Business Administration, or Infrastructure Management. Additionally, a valid PMP certification issued by the PMI is required. Proficiency in planning and control tools: MS Project and/or BIM methodology. **General Experience:** Ten (10\) years of experience counted from the date of issuance of the professional license. **Specific Experience:** Six (6\) years in at least one of the following positions: PROJECT MANAGER FOR CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS AND/OR CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION AND/OR CONSTRUCTION DIRECTOR AND/OR CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR AND/OR SITE RESIDENT AND/OR CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR, supported by employment certificates from contracts involving: AERONAUTICAL INFRASTRUCTURE AND/OR INDUSTRIAL BUILDINGS, HANGARS, WAREHOUSES, WORKSHOPS, AND SUPPORT AREAS, where the total intervened area exceeds 15\.000 m², corresponding to the estimated intervention area. At least one certificate must verify an area equal to or greater than 5\.000 m²; up to five (05\) contract certificates may be submitted. Each certificate considered must include at minimum the following activities: \- Foundations \- Reinforced concrete and/or steel structural systems \- Electrical installations \- Hydraulic installations \- Voice and data network installations \- Finishing activities (ceilings, flooring, painting, metal and/or wood carpentry) \- Mechanical installations related to air conditioning systems \- Fire detection and suppression systems * **Contract Type**: Construction or labor contract * **Work Schedule:** (Monday to Saturday) * **Workload:** 100% * **Work Location**: Bogotá, with possible relocation to municipalities in Cundinamarca Department * **Monthly Salary**: To be agreed upon \+ social benefits **Objective:** To plan, coordinate, execute, and close specific projects efficiently and effectively, ensuring achievement of established objectives regarding scope, time, cost, and quality. The Project Manager serves as the liaison among various involved teams, managing resources, risks, and communications to guarantee project success and alignment with the organization’s strategic goals.
