The selected candidate will execute scheduled store visits, ensuring proper product display, rotation, and portfolio availability. **Main Responsibilities:** * Execute the assigned visit route, adhering to schedules and planograms. * Negotiate and secure additional shelf space for brand display. * Drive in-store sales by applying value-based dialogues and delivering an excellent shopping experience. * Monitor inventory levels, report items nearing expiration dates, and manage quality-related returns 15 days in advance. * Track sales performance, verify pricing, and report competitor activities to the Geographic Manager. * Ensure compliance with food safety, food handling, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) at the point of sale. **Requirements:** * Education: High school diploma. * Experience: As a merchandiser or promoter in regional or national retail chains, large-format stores, chain supermarkets, or independent self-service stores. * Knowledge: Inventory control, management indicators, customer service, and product rotation. **Employment Offer and Conditions:** * Base salary: $1\.750\.905 * Transportation allowance: $249\.095 * Mobility allowance: $240\.000 * Variable bonus: $284\.000 * Projected total compensation: $2\.524\. * Statutory benefits. * Wellness benefits. * Job stability.
