Do you have experience in leasehold maintenance and project coordination? This opportunity is for you! Requirements: * Technical or Technologist degree in Civil Works, Construction, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. * Experience in site supervision, leasehold maintenance, and construction inspection. * Ability to interpret blueprints and technical specifications. * Personnel management skills. * Knowledge of finishes, white work, painting, electricity, and plumbing. Main Responsibilities: * Conduct technical visits to various clients. * Prepare quotations based on visits performed and client requirements. * Plan work activities, process permits, and develop protocols for work at heights or in confined spaces. * Execute and coordinate maintenance and construction projects. * Coordinate and supervise contractors, suppliers, and third-party inspectors. * Perform site supervision and quality control in accordance with the project's technical specifications. * Monitor materials, quantities of work, and allocated resources. * Prepare work progress reports and cost validation for contractor invoicing. * Prepare progress reports and status updates. * Ensure proper condition of assigned equipment, tools, and materials.
