A dynamic and collaborative environment within an expanding fitness brand **We are looking for an IT Leader** who is strategic, solution-oriented, and highly service-focused—capable of ensuring the stability and security of the technological infrastructure supporting our nationwide operations. Your Mission Ensure the availability, security, and continuity of the company’s technological infrastructure by leading the management of networks, equipment, and IT services that support daily operations across all departments and locations. Your Responsibilities * Administer the company’s technological infrastructure (networks, internet, telecommunications, and equipment). * Ensure continuity of IT services and system availability. * Manage inventories of technological assets (equipment, licenses, devices, and software). * Coordinate hardware and software technical support for users and locations. * Administer services such as corporate email, videoconferencing, and connectivity. * Manage and support technological security systems such as CCTV and access control. * Coordinate with technology vendors for installation, maintenance, and support of services. * Lead technological improvements that optimize company processes and operations. What We Are Looking For * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related fields. * Minimum **3 years of experience** in technological infrastructure, networking, and IT support. * Experience in network, server, and telecommunications administration. * Knowledge of technological inventory management and user support. * Proficiency with connectivity tools, videoconferencing platforms, and corporate email systems. * Leadership skills, problem-solving ability, and service orientation. **Plus:** Experience in cybersecurity, technology vendor management, or implementation of IT infrastructure improvements. **Conditions** Contract: Service Agreement Compensation: $3\.200\.000 monthly Availability: Monday to Friday Work Mode: Hybrid (Bogotá) **Own vehicle required.
