Responsibilities include: Developing and executing account plans for institutional oncology customers, including health insurers, distributors, IPS (Instituciones Prestadoras de Servicios de Salud), and other strategic partners.* Managing sales budget and territory forecasts, monitoring performance, and implementing corrective actions.* Leading commercial negotiations, tenders, and proposals to secure and expand access.* Using data to manage inventory, turnover, and returns—making timely decisions to protect product availability and profitability.* Collaborating with supply chain, finance, medical, marketing, and commercial teams to resolve access barriers and improve customer experience.* Monitoring market trends and stakeholder needs to identify growth opportunities and support strategy. * **Why You?** ---------------- Basic Requirements We seek professionals with the following skills and qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Pharmacy, Economics, or related fields.* Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing institutional oncology accounts.* Experience managing sales budgets, forecasts, and commercial negotiations within the oncology portfolio.* Proven experience participating in tenders and preparing commercial proposals.* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and ability to use data in decision-making.* **Desirable Requirements** ------------------------ Preferred qualifications include: Commercial experience in oncology within specialized care channels or vaccines.* Knowledge of gross-to-net concepts and commercial strategies for institutional channels.
