The purpose of this role is to ensure proper spare parts inventory flow, aligned with departmental objectives regarding inventory targets and demand forecasting across various sales channels, thereby meeting the commercial area’s requirements. **Your Responsibilities:** * Plan inventory to ensure optimal levels set by the company. * Analyze demand to achieve high accuracy in purchase order forecasting. * Optimize forecasting and ordering processes to reduce execution time for these tasks. * Keep the commercial team updated on materials in transit to ensure proper onboarding of new product references. * Submit orders to suppliers to guarantee the procurement process. * Develop demand forecasts (Forecast) to provide accurate data for replenishment order planning. * Prepare S\&OP reports for committee approval. * Monitor product onboarding and performance to determine activation or deactivation of portfolio references. **About You** To succeed in this role, you must have: * Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related fields * Prior Experience: Minimum two years leading planning and demand analysis processes * Specific Knowledge: Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (mandatory), Power BI (preferred), SAP modules for purchase orders and inventory management **What We Offer:** At Inchcape, we are building the future of mobility—and invite you to build it with us.
