Position Summary: We are seeking a Procurement and Logistics Coordinator with experience in the oil, energy, or heavy industrial sector—expert in negotiation, analytical, and results-oriented. Key Highlights: 1. Key role in procurement and logistics within the oil, energy, or industrial sectors. 2. Extensive experience in imports and handling of INCOTERMS. 3. Professional development with solid knowledge in AI. **\*Position**: **Procurement and Logistics Coordinator** **\*Academic Qualification:** Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. **\*Experience:** Minimum 5 years of verifiable procurement experience in the oil, energy, or heavy industrial sector. **\*Technical Knowledge:** Oilfield hardware market — API 5L pipe, valves, flanges, fittings, instrumentation, electrical materials for classified zones, PPE, lubricants, and consumables. **\*Suppliers:** Management of recognized sector suppliers (e.g., Ferreinox, Tubocaribe, Imocom, Sumeq, Vepica, and similar). **\*Imports:** Experience in import operations, handling of INCOTERMS, customs brokers, and logistics operators. **\*Tools:** Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (preferably SAP, Siesa, or Odoo). **\*Languages:** Intermediate English (technical document reading and communication with international suppliers). **\*Competencies:** Negotiation, analytical ability, ethics, autonomy, results orientation, pressure management, and ability to work under critical project timelines. **\*Solid Knowledge:** Artificial Intelligence. **\*Salary:** To be agreed upon. **\*Benefits:** Food subsidy. **\*Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday. **\*Willingness to Travel: YES** **\*Work Location:** Bogotá – Northern Zone, Toberín Work Location: On-site employment
