Quality, Process, and Management Systems Analyst (IT Sector) Are you an **Industrial Engineer** passionate about operational excellence, IT service management frameworks, and ISO compliance? **What do you need to join our adventure?** * **Education:** Industrial Engineer * **Experience:** 2 years in quality, processes, and integrated management systems — **mandatory in IT or technological BPO companies or projects**. * Plan, execute, and follow up on operational and internal audits against **ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 20000\-1, and ISO 45001**. * Conduct gap analysis and ensure contractual compliance. * Measure, monitor, and analyze Service Level Agreements (**SLAs**) and key performance indicators (**KPIs**). We’re looking for you to join our team! ### **Requirements** * Will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Integrated Management Systems (**ISO 9001, 27001, 20000\-1, 45001**), contractual monitoring (SLAs/KPIs), operational and security risk management, and enhancing process maturity under **ITIL 4** best practices. * **Key competencies:** Analytical and structured thinking, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to liaise effectively with clients and technical teams. **Conditions:** * Work mode: Hybrid \- Bogotá * Contract type: Indefinite-term * Working hours: Monday to Friday (Saturdays if operationally required) ANALYST Profile Location: Bogotá, Bogotá D.C., Colombia (Hybrid) Experience: 2 Years of Experience
