The candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily restaurant operations, opening and closing procedures, cash handling, personnel management, sales tracking, reservations, basic inventory control, cleaning, dining room service, and process compliance. Main Responsibilities: Supervise daily restaurant operations. Coordinate the team of waiters, hosts, kitchen staff, and operational support staff. Manage opening, closing, cash handling, and daily operational updates. Track sales, reservations, occupancy rate, and average ticket value. Ensure excellent customer service. Report operational, commercial, and personnel-related updates. Support the organization of events, group bookings, and special occasions. Maintain restaurant presentation, cleanliness, table setting, and ambiance. Manage food and beverage inventory to ensure availability and minimize losses. Implement and maintain food cost control to optimize profitability. Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and quality standards. Effectively address and resolve customer inquiries or complaints. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant, gastrobar, hotel, or other gastronomy-related business administration. Knowledge of cash handling, service procedures, basic inventory management, and personnel management. Outstanding leadership skills, organizational ability, communication skills, and customer orientation. Availability to work restaurant hours, weekends, and holidays.
