Job Summary: We are seeking an Engineering Assistant with experience in telecommunications for equipment configuration, functional testing, and leadership in service implementation. Strong orientation toward teamwork and project management A prominent national service company requires a Technician or final-semester student in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fields for its Administrative and Technological Solutions team, with at least (1) year of verifiable experience in the field, to serve as an Engineering Assistant in MEDELLÍN. The candidate must have experience in: - Configuration of equipment (routers and switches) required for service delivery. - Functional testing to ensure the quality of installed services. - Leading and guiding the implementation team during service installation. - Upgrading existing infrastructure at substations (technology transitions). - Planning and executing service implementation activities. - Managing equipment reservations and warehouse withdrawals. - Obtaining access permits for substations. - Responding to tickets related to implementation or failures. - Preparing reports on installed services, meeting agreed timelines. - Meeting targets and schedules per organizational guidelines. The professional must demonstrate strong teamwork orientation, communication skills, autonomy, organization, time management, and a high sense of responsibility and commitment.
