Interact with advisors, coordinators, and store administrators A major telecommunications company is seeking a technician or professional with a minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or service areas, responsible for processes, procedures, and policies at administrative, operational, support, and service levels. Students currently enrolled in undergraduate programs from the seventh semester onward may also apply. JOB OBJECTIVES: Manage and administer inventory available for sales, after-sales, and service operations at the store, specifically within PQR, Loaners, DOA, and Technical Support processes. Additionally, effectively and accurately manage inventory-related requests submitted by commercial advisors, coordinators, and store administrators, based on in-depth knowledge of available inventory, including brands and references. SKILLS: Verbal and written communication skills, numerical aptitude, strategic planning.
