A company dedicated to manufacturing hoses and fittings for fluid conveyance is looking for service-oriented, disciplined, and responsible individuals to join our production team. Required Profile Minimum 6 months of experience in production plants. High school diploma. Teamwork and compliance with safety and operational standards. Main Responsibilities Prepare tools, materials, fixtures, and devices required for the process. Interpret production technical sheets. Continuously monitor your process and correct any deviations occurring during your shift. Verify quality specifications of the manufactured product. Complete production reports. Ensure fixtures to be used are in good condition: flange and head, as well as resistors and thermocouples. Inspect the screw conveyor; clean it during product changeovers or as required. Frequently lubricate nuts and bolts. Report any anomalies, unusual noises, or improper machine operation occurring during your shift. Clean your work area daily. Perform weekly external cleaning of machinery. Use of PPE. Compliance with SG-SST policies and instructions. Comprehensive health care. Fulfillment of roles and responsibilities related to management systems. Maintenance of the QMS within the area. Accountability within the company according to responsibilities delegated under the QMS. Working Conditions Rotating shifts. Minimum Monthly Legal Wage (SMMLV) + transportation allowance + social benefits. Contract for a specific project or task, including all statutory benefits.
