Quality assurance and compliance with standards A reputable company specializing in air conditioning system installation, located at the stadium, seeks an engineering professional with air conditioning experience to perform the following duties: Adhere to the working hours established by the company. Conduct scheduled client visits for quotation preparation and follow-up. Develop assembly drawings and carry out corresponding installations. Coordinate the design, organization, execution, and control of plans, programs, and projects within the assembly area, ensuring compliance with current standards and procedures. Coordinate, monitor, evaluate, and periodically report on physical progress of works and fulfillment of contractual commitments, generating observations and recommendations to achieve established objectives. Analyze, forecast, and recommend actions aimed at continuous process improvement and achievement of departmental goals. Maintain ongoing communication with the Manager and Construction Director regarding work progress and any issues that may affect execution. Implement corrective measures in response to situations impacting contractual conditions or established deadlines. Prepare site visit schedules to verify technical and economic aspects, including cost validation and actual performance metrics. Ensure compliance with safety, occupational health, and environmental conservation regulations. Guarantee service quality and customer satisfaction. Supervise proper use and maintenance of assigned equipment and tools. Optimize procedures and rationalize expenses to maximize operational profitability. Formally deliver completed works to clients, including respective delivery certificates. Assess on-site risks and promptly inform the Occupational Health and Safety Department for prevention. Apply technical knowledge in daily job activities. Participate in training programs directed at assembly area personnel. Submit monthly reports on management and activity progress. Provide courteous attention and clear guidance to internal and external clients.
