Requirements: - Technical or technological degree in administrative or healthcare-related fields. - 1 or 2 years of experience as a surgery scheduler. - Committed, organized individual with vocation. - Humanization training course. - Proficiency in office software tools. Responsibilities: - Assist in scheduling and coordinating surgeries within the medical center. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper planning and scheduling of surgeries. - Maintain constant communication with the medical team to ensure accurate scheduling and coordination of surgeries. - Monitor scheduled surgeries and manage any necessary changes or adjustments. Required Skills: - Excellent organizational and time-management skills. - Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, multitasking environment. - Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team. - Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently. - High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
