We seek a **Culinary Apprentice** who is eligible to sign an **apprenticeship contract for the first time**, and who is highly motivated to learn, contribute, and develop within the food production area. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support food preparation and pre-service processes. * Perform mise en place and ingredient organization. * Assist in raw material control and storage. * Maintain order and cleanliness in work areas. * Comply with the company's established quality and food safety standards. * Provide general support to Production Center activities. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in a technical or technological program in Culinary Arts, Gastronomy, or related fields. * Possess institutional authorization to begin the practical training phase. * Have never previously signed an apprenticeship contract. * Demonstrate a service-oriented attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday: 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. or 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Saturdays: 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. **Work Location:** Lavocadería Production Center – La Floresta, Medellín. **Benefits:** Internal training and growth opportunities. 20% discount on the full menu.
