The role ensures compliance with company procedures and established service levels, maintaining timely and accurate invoice processing. ### **Responsibilities** * Process and review invoices according to company policies and procedures. * Review, analyze, and follow up on cases in **SMC**, ensuring timely resolution and accurate documentation. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to established processes. ### **Requirements** * High school diploma, GED, or internationally recognized equivalent. * Practical knowledge of **Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook**. * Strong attention to detail. * Solid organizational and communication skills. * English proficiency level: **B1**. **Work Hours:** 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM **Employee Type:** Permanent UPS is committed to providing a workplace free of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
