Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Management Technician to comprehensively support departmental processes, including schedule management, correspondence handling, payroll administration, and user support. Developing HR policies and overseeing recruitment We are looking for a Human Resource Management Technician with solid experience in the field to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for comprehensively supporting the processes of the Directorate of Human Resource Management by managing the Director’s schedule and activities according to their instructions, as well as performing tasks related to correspondence, issuing certifications, reporting payroll updates, providing in-person and telephone support to internal and external users, managing clearance documents for separated staff, and retirement procedures—ensuring timely responses to functional requirements of the department. Your role will involve developing and maintaining human resources policies, supervising recruitment and personnel selection, managing payroll and time tracking, and coordinating team events and activities. Additionally, you will serve as the primary point of contact for any inquiries related to employee management, ensuring smooth and effective communication across all organizational levels. Extensive experience in human resource management is required, with a focus on continuous process improvement and operational efficiency optimization. A minimum of one (1) year of experience in functions related to this position is required. Technical training in Human Resource Management or Administrative Assistance programs, or university students enrolled in at least the fourth semester in administrative or related fields.
