




Job Summary: We are seeking a remote call center agent with strong communication skills and empathy to assist customers regarding pet cremation and pickup services, record calls, and manage follow-ups. Case registration and tracking in the system We are looking for a call center agent to join our team remotely. We seek a person with communication skills and empathy to serve our customers. Answer incoming customer calls requesting information about pet cremation, euthanasia, and pickup services. Provide empathetic and respectful service, recognizing the sensitive nature of these services. Collect relevant customer and pet information (weight, location, condition, type of service required). Provide clear information on pricing, procedures, and service timelines according to established guidelines. Coordinate service requests, including in-home euthanasia and pickups. Accurately record each call in the system (CRM or internal tool) with its corresponding classification (disposition). Follow up on pending cases when necessary. Manage communications via SMS or email where applicable. Escalate urgent cases or special situations per defined protocols.
