Job Summary: We are seeking a TAT-profile Promoter to support sales representatives, implement strategies at points of sale, and rotate products, while presenting the product portfolio and meeting sales quotas. Sales Quota Planning and Achievement We are looking for a TAT-profile Promoter with external support for sales representatives. Responsibilities: in-store implementation product rotation presenting the product portfolio. planning and achieving the established sales quotas for customers within their territory. Academic Qualification: High School Diploma Experience: At least 6 months of in-store promotion experience with TAT field force support, portfolio management, product displays, and in-store implementation Salary: COP $1,750,905 per month plus legal transportation subsidy. Working Hours: Monday to Saturday (two Sundays per month), 8 hours per day, varying by location — typically from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, or 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. -Requirements- Minimum Education: High School Diploma / Secondary Education Less than 1 year of experience
