Fault Diagnosis and Resolution We are looking for an Operations Center Analyst (Help Desk) Requirements: Technical or technological degree in Systems, Electronics, or related fields. ITIL Foundation v4 (mandatory, non-negotiable). Certification in equipment maintenance (desirable). Minimum 3 years of experience in help desk or IT support (public sector experience preferred). Responsibilities: Monitor IT services and platforms. Manage, analyze, and escalate incidents. Diagnose and resolve faults. Track tickets and ensure SLA compliance. Document and continuously improve processes.
