Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage public procurement processes, including tender analysis, proposal preparation, and documentary and contractual follow-up. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in public procurement and handling of SECOP I and II 2. Analysis of bidding documents, preparation of proposals, and document management 3. Proficiency in Excel and office productivity tools A reputable company is looking for a Technician, Technologist, or Professional in Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Business, or related fields, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in public procurement and handling of SECOP I and II. Requirements: Experience in public tenders Proficiency in SECOP I and II Documentary and contractual management Proficiency in Excel and office productivity tools Responsibilities: • Analysis of bidding documents and tenders • Preparation and submission of proposals • Documentary and contractual follow-up • Updating and managing the RUP (Unique Provider Registry) Salary: COP $2,300,000 + statutory benefits. -Requirements- Minimum education: University degree / Technical program 2 years of experience Keywords: analyst
