Main Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System. - Supervise compliance with standards (ISO, BPM, HACCP, or other applicable standards). - Lead internal and external audits. - Manage quality indicators and propose improvement plans. - Coordinate quality control and assurance activities in production processes. - Train staff on quality-related topics. - Ensure proper documentation and traceability of processes. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields. - Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions. - Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 22000). - Leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills. - Proficiency in office software and management tools.
