Employment Conditions
* Contract: Fixed-term contract of 4 months.
* Work schedule: Full-time.
* Salary: Current legal minimum wage.
Requirements
* Technician or technologist in Occupational Safety and Health, Occupational Health Administration, or related fields.
* Valid training course of 50 hours or 20 hours, as applicable.
* No experience required.
* Knowledge of current regulations: Decree 1072 of 2015, Resolution 0312 of 2019, Law 1562 of 2012, among others.
* Proficiency in management indicators, preparation of technical reports, and coordination of epidemiological surveillance programs.
* Planning and effective communication skills.
Job Objective
To plan, organize, and schedule the provision of Occupational Safety and Health services, ensuring compliance with timeframes required by clients and user companies.
Main Responsibilities
* Schedule and coordinate the execution of OSH services according to requirements from clients and user companies.
* Supervise compliance with and execution of scheduled services at user companies and client sites.
* Coordinate service delivery with professionals, ensuring required competencies are met.
* Prepare periodic compliance reports, management indicators, and improvement plans.
* Ensure availability of logistical and human resources for activity implementation.
* Verify evidence of activity execution.
