This role coordinates with workshops and suppliers to execute all necessary maintenance and repair operations, following fleet management guidelines and budgets. Through proactive monitoring of vehicle usage and scheduling of preventive maintenance, the executive prevents failures, extends asset lifespans, and contributes to business operational continuity. Their management directly impacts operational efficiency, driver satisfaction, and Moove's market reputation. **What You’ll be Doing** * Coordinate and supervise the execution of preventive, corrective, and collision-related repairs, ensuring compliance with Moove's standards. * Monitor vehicle usage and mileage via telematics systems, anticipating and scheduling maintenance at established intervals. * Authorize maintenance routines and promote timely part replacements to prevent failures and extend fleet lifespan, always adhering to management guidelines and budget constraints. * Manage relationships with workshops, suppliers, and insurance companies, evaluating their performance and negotiating favorable terms. * Maintain accurate digital records of maintenance, repairs, costs, and downtime, reporting to local and regional management. * Drive continuous improvement and digitalization of processes, adopting best practices from leading markets such as Africa. * Collaborate with operations, finance, and customer support teams to ensure an integrated and efficient experience for drivers and users. **What You will need for this position** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in fleet management, vehicle maintenance, or mobility operations, preferably within automotive companies in Colombia. * Advanced knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance processes, supplier management, and Colombian vehicle regulations. * Experience using fleet management systems, telematics, advanced Excel, and digital reporting tools. * Negotiation, data analysis, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. * Results-oriented, proactive, detail-focused, and able to work under pressure. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with emphasis on cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement. * Preferred: prior experience in mobility, leasing, renting, transportation, or logistics companies; intermediate or advanced English proficiency. **Key Metrics** * Fleet availability rate (>98%) * Compliance with scheduled preventive maintenance (>95%) * Maintenance cost per vehicle vs. budget * Number of failures or incidents avoided through timely maintenance, below the threshold set by fleet management. * These metrics align with Moove’s global KPIs and are critical for measuring the role’s impact on operational efficiency, driver satisfaction, and cost control. **About the team** Our team is collaborative, positive, curious, and engaged.
