We encourage new ideas, foster innovation, and ensure equal opportunities for all candidates. **Are You Ready to Begin?** **With Us, You Can.** **Requirements:** Qualified Geologist or Geological Engineer with a minimum of one (1\) year of experience supervising diamond drilling platforms and/or performing Quality Control and Assurance (QC/QA) activities within exploration projects. The candidate must possess knowledge of diamond drilling processes, handling and control of drill core samples, as well as basic sampling and geological control standards. Fieldwork experience under campaign-based conditions will be valued; prior participation in mining exploration projects and knowledge of occupational health and safety in mining operations are desirable. Availability for fieldwork during the 2026 campaign is mandatory. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise diamond drilling activities on-site, verifying compliance with the drilling program. * Monitor drilling progress quality (core recovery, orientation, depth, deviations). * Provide technical support to the drilling team to ensure adherence to project standards. * Verify proper handling, labeling, and storage of drill core samples. * Execute and document Quality Control and Assurance (QC/QA) activities. * Collect and record basic geological information related to drilling (lithology, alteration, structures, field observations). * Report daily drilling progress and technical observations to the project manager. * Coordinate with the exploration team to ensure operational continuity and efficiency. * Comply with and promote safety, health, and environmental procedures on-site. * Support other field activities related to the exploration campaign as required. **What We Offer:** * Hybrid work schedule (on-site and remote), to be agreed upon with management based on responsibilities. * Annual performance evaluations. * Organizational climate surveys twice per year. * Opportunity to join a multinational company with high-quality standards and growth potential. * Possibility to participate in multidisciplinary projects at national, regional, and global levels. * Eligibility to join our "Own It" program, enabling you to acquire shares of WSP Global through monthly payroll deductions, with an additional 50% contribution from WSP (subject to a defined maximum amount).
