Technical advisory experience for customers, commercial service management, and portfolio handling are essential. The role’s objective is to ensure comprehensive solutions to customer needs through appropriate administration of departmental resources, compliance with procedures and policies, and operational optimization to guarantee profitability and customer retention. This role involves team leadership, performance indicator monitoring, process control, service sales management, and technical customer support.
