Job Summary: We are seeking a person to support the structures and assembly team on-site, performing manual and operational tasks, with constant interaction with the team and strict adherence to safety regulations. We are looking for someone like you to join our **\#RumboSacyr** and help us continue improving people's lives. **Functional/Contextual Aspects of the Position (Considerations):** * Work is conducted primarily on-site, supporting the structures and assembly team in manual and operational support tasks. * It involves constant interaction with the site team, supervisors, suppliers, and specialists from various disciplines. * Requires physical work capability, attention to detail, resilience to environmental conditions typical of construction sites, and strict compliance with safety regulations. * Requires oral communication skills to coordinate tasks, receive instructions, and report incidents. **We seek a candidate with the following requirements and competencies:** * Technical education in construction, civil works, or structures, or proven experience in construction projects. * Minimum of 2 years’ experience on-site, preferably in tasks related to structures, formwork assembly, or assembly of metallic or concrete elements. * Basic ability to read simple drawings and interpret technical instructions. * Knowledge of on-site safety regulations and correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Teamwork skills, proactivity, and ability to follow instructions and prioritize tasks. * Basic computer skills for recording daily reports and tracking activities (basic Office proficiency preferred). **Job Functions and Responsibilities:** * Support the execution of metallic and/or concrete structure assembly activities as directed by the immediate supervisor. * Assist in preparing and assembling formwork, shoring, and temporary fencing. * Handle, transport, and position materials and structural elements, ensuring safe lifting and handling practices. * Perform wiring, enclosure, and fastening tasks, as well as assist in basic welding and bolting as instructed. * Conduct daily visual inspections of assigned tools and equipment, reporting anomalies or maintenance needs. * Assist in cleaning, organizing, and signposting the work area to maintain safety and efficiency on-site. * Record daily work reports, incidents, and activity completion using established formats. * Comply with and promote project-established safety, quality, and environmental standards. * Perform other related duties assigned as inherent to the position. **What We Offer You?:** * Social benefits, work-life balance policies, market-competitive compensation, diversity, and recognition. * Personal and professional development through continuous training programs and opportunities for internal mobility. * The chance to be part of a dynamic work environment guided by collaborative intelligence, excellence, and comprehensive social responsibility.
