Job Summary: We are seeking a professional or technologist in Occupational Safety and Health with experience in construction to supervise, implement, and train personnel in occupational risk prevention. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on occupational risk prevention in the construction sector. 2. Leadership and proactivity in implementing OSH management systems. 3. Supervision and training on safety standards at construction sites. **Profile – HSEQ / SISO** We seek a professional or technologist in Occupational Safety and Health, Engineering, or related fields, with experience in the construction sector and a focus on occupational risk prevention. **Education** * Technologist in Occupational Safety and Health * Professional in OSH or related fields (engineering, occupational health) * Valid Occupational Safety and Health license * Valid Working at Heights Coordinator course. (Please note that, per regulation, the company must provide this course upon hiring.) **Experience** * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the construction sector. * Implementation and monitoring of OSH management systems. * Hazard identification and risk assessment (IPER / risk matrix) * OSH Professional: 1–3 years * OSH Coordinator: 3+ years in civil works **Knowledge and Skills** * Current regulatory framework for Occupational Safety and Health. * Safe work at heights. * Hazard identification and risk assessment (IPER / risk matrix) * Safety inspections and reporting. * Field training and on-site support. * Proactivity, leadership, and prevention-oriented mindset. * Emergency response plans and first aid **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise compliance with OSH standards at construction sites. * Conduct safety inspections and report on safety conditions. * Support implementation of the OSH Management System. * Train personnel in occupational risk prevention. * Ensure compliance with safe work-at-heights protocols. · Field safety inspections · Control of PPE usage · On-site support during high-risk activities **Submit CV:**direcciontalentohumano@aercaribe.com seleccionth@aercaribe.com WhatsApp: 321 2834674 \- 3114986238 Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site
