




Job Summary: Plan, coordinate, and supervise logistics, warehouse, and transportation activities, ensuring timely material supply and inventory control. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and supervise logistics, warehouse, and transportation operations 2. Ensure timely material supply for projects 3. Coordinate and control physical and documentary inventories 1\. Plan, coordinate, and supervise the company's logistics, warehouse, and transportation department activities. 2\. Ensure timely supply of materials, supplies, tools, spare parts, and equipment required for project operations. 3\. Coordinate procurement processes, quotation requests, purchase orders, and material receipt in accordance with internal procedures. 4\. Supervise material, tool, and equipment receipt, storage, control, custody, and dispatch. 5\. Control physical and documentary inventories, ensuring accurate updates, traceability, and reconciliation. 6\. Coordinate transportation of materials, equipment, and operational personnel among workshops, warehouses, and work sites. 7\. Verify that vehicles, equipment, and transportation means comply with legal, technical, operational, and safety requirements. 8\. Coordinate and supervise assigned personnel, assigning duties, shifts, and operational priorities. 9\. Monitor the performance of logistics staff and report issues to the responsible department. 10\. Manage and control suppliers, contractors, and third parties involved in logistics operations. 11\. Prepare and submit periodic logistics management reports, including inventories, consumption, costs, and incidents. 12\. Control proper usage of materials, tools, and equipment, preventing losses, damage, or misuse. 13\. Coordinate with operations, maintenance, accounting, SST, and management departments regarding project logistics needs. 14\. Verify compliance with material and equipment receipt, dispatch, and return procedures. 15\. Validate supplier and contractor legitimacy, and promptly report any inconsistencies or issues to Management or the Administrative Department. 16\. Support logistical planning for new projects, work sites, or operational expansions. 17\. Promptly report incidents, accidents, losses, damages, or deviations affecting logistics operations. 18\. Comply with and enforce internal company policies, including SG\-SST and PESV. Participate in internal audits, inspections, and logistics area improvement activities.
