




Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to support project management in execution, control, monitoring, and closure, coordinating teams and managing strategic alliances. We are looking for professionals with degrees in Education Sciences, Psychopedagogy, Social and Human Sciences, Economics, Administration, Accounting, or related fields; Health Sciences. Postgraduate degree in any modality in areas related to the job functions. Key Responsibilities: Support project management in budget execution and control. * Support project management in preparation, planning, implementation, monitoring, and closure of the project. * Timely provision of information derived from monitoring and evaluation activities. * Provide information for service mapping and directory of key actors in the territory. * Manage alliances with local governmental and non-governmental organizations to strengthen the process. * Coordinate, lead, and guide the work team on policies and tasks across different areas. * Coordinate community engagement activities within the scope of the project. * Execute and monitor activities outlined in the project framework. * Manage and support training activities for the work team. * Foster inter-institutional alliances for project development with communities, government entities, and international organizations. * Carry out and support administrative activities, procurement, quotations, report submission, and expense legalization. * Participate in various sectoral plenaries for coordination and response under the humanitarian architecture. * Promote coordination of actions among organizations, institutions, and communities. * Propose and provide information contributing to project strategy formulation and serve as the focal point between territorial stakeholders and the organization. * Report required information regarding achievement of project indicators. * Monitor project inventory. * Monitor and control field work plans and project schedule. * Conduct visits to communities to accompany, support, and provide feedback to the field team. * Monitor organization of archives and documentation, ensuring project information is properly consolidated in physical and digital formats per organizational guidelines. * Monitor and control the Detailed Implementation Plan and ensure its timely management. * Monitor and respond to processes under the PQRS (Petitions, Complaints, Claims, and Suggestions) feedback system. * Request advance payments and submit expense legalizations. * Supervise case management. plan contract for services and labor / for 5 months with exclusivity clause Modality: Independent contractor, but must attend the office when required Working hours: Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m., and Saturday morning; Salary: $3\.788\.283 Position Type: Full-time, Temporary Contract Duration: 5 months Work Location: On-site employment
