Job Summary: We are seeking a Systems Technician or Technologist for technical support and corrective maintenance of computer equipment, ensuring proper functionality and resolution of failures. A Professional Technician or Systems Technologist is required to perform technical support and corrective maintenance of computer equipment. Requirements: 1. Professional Technician or Systems Technologist degree in Systems, Computer Science, or related fields. 2. Possession of a Professional License (TP) issued at least 2 years ago. 3. Minimum 2 years of experience in roles involving: Corrective maintenance of computer equipment, Diagnosis and resolution of hardware and software failures, Installation and configuration of operating systems, Technical support to users, Preventive and corrective maintenance of computers and printers, Basic network and peripheral configuration. Competencies: Service orientation, Teamwork, Analytical and problem-solving ability, Responsibility and organization. Main Responsibilities: 1. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment. 2. Diagnose and resolve technical failures. 3. Install and configure software and hardware. 4. Provide on-site or remote technical support. 5.
