**Reimagine What’s Possible**
**Description:** Lead regional continuous improvement, digital transformation, and productivity initiatives across South America, ensuring execution of strategic projects that drive operational excellence, process standardization, innovation, and sustainable business value.
**Responsibilities:**
* Lead regional productivity project portfolio tracking, conducting gap analysis, ideation sessions, and prioritization.
* Coordinate and track continuous improvement initiatives with regional KPIs (targets established for each FY).
* Identify opportunities for process automation and digitalization.
* Drive process standardization across the region.
* Act as facilitator and coach for the Lean Six Sigma (LSS) methodology, providing methodological guidance, tracking, and support to Yellow and Green Belt project leaders.
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement and digitalization across the region.
* Map, analyze, and document end\-to\-end processes, identifying interdependencies, risks, and optimization opportunities.
* Identify and promote innovation opportunities in processes and operations through continuous improvement and digital transformation methodologies.
**Requirements:**
* **Education:** University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, Logistics, Economics, or related disciplines focused on process management, analysis, and optimization.
* Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Willingness to travel domestically and within the South American region.
* Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification required; Black Belt (desirable).
* Process automation (low-code tools, RPA, AI, and other digital tools).
* Data analysis (Qlik View, etc.).
* KPI management and reporting.
* Ability to prioritize initiatives and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* **Desirable Knowledge:**
* BPM certification (CBPP desirable).
* Agile Coach certification.
