The primary purpose of this position is: *To lead and ensure accurate integrated planning for sales, demand, supply, and inventory by coordinating commercial, operations, logistics, and finance functions to balance supply and demand, optimize internal customer service levels, and contribute to achieving the company’s financial and strategic goals.* **What We Are Looking For?** **Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. A postgraduate degree or MBA is desirable.** **Requirements:** 5 years of experience in procurement and logistics, including at least 3 years in coordination or managerial roles. Intermediate English – B2 ERP systems proficiency: SAP\- JDE, Power BI\-Advanced Excel, Industrial and International Logistics (Inventory, Warehousing, Billing, Distribution). **Key Responsibilities:** **Demand Planning and S\&OP** * Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and commercial variables to develop the forecast. * Develop, validate, and maintain short-, medium-, and long-term demand forecasts jointly with commercial and marketing teams. * Identify demand-related risks and opportunities and propose action plans. * Ensure follow-up and compliance with agreements defined in the S\&OP process. **Supply and Inventory Planning** * Align the supply plan considering lead times, transit times, and operational capacities. * Define and monitor optimal inventory levels by SKU or category. * Analyze turnover, coverage, stockouts, excesses, and obsolescence metrics. * Guarantee the optimal balance between inventory (MTPT) and service level (OFR). * Manage the disposition of slow-moving and/or obsolete inventory. * Ensure availability of raw materials, components, and finished goods for production plans. **Procurement and Sourcing** * Plan, execute, and supervise procurement of raw materials, finished goods, and indirect items, ensuring quality, cost, timeliness, and compliance. * Procure imported finished goods according to established procedures. * Track purchase orders and delivery performance. * Manage supplier relationships to ensure material availability and supply continuity. * Negotiate with local and international suppliers to achieve efficiencies and meet savings targets. * Identify and generate cost-saving opportunities in direct procurement. **Supplier Management** * Evaluate and qualify suppliers based on quality, cost, service, and compliance (delivery times and OTIF performance). * Manage audits, classifications, and development of critical suppliers. **Team Management and Continuous Improvement** * Lead the procurement and planning team, defining its structure and ensuring objective achievement. * Promote improvements and developments in systems (ERP, S\&OP, TMS, WMS) together with IT to enhance traceability and operational efficiency. * Support new product development from a supply feasibility perspective. **Salary:** To be agreed upon based on experience **Ready for the challenge?
