Position Summary: We are seeking a Semi-Senior Salesforce Developer to develop, configure, and maintain CRM solutions, contributing to high-quality deliveries and the growth of our CRM practice. Key Highlights: 1. Development and configuration of Salesforce solutions (Apex, LWC, Flows) 2. Implementation and maintenance of integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) 3. Support in resolving Level 1 and Level 2 incidents A Semi-Senior Salesforce Developer with technical expertise on the Salesforce platform. Responsible for developing, configuring, and maintaining CRM solutions under supervision, contributing to high-quality deliveries and the growth of the CRM practice. Develop Salesforce-based solutions (Apex, LWC, Flows). Perform declarative configurations: objects, fields, layouts, Flow-based processes, and validation rules. Implement and maintain integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) with external systems. Execute unit tests and support integration testing and UAT. Document changes, procedures, and updates in documentation repositories. Support resolution of Level 1 and Level 2 incidents within established SLAs.
