POSITION PROFILE** A company in the dermocosmetic sector is seeking a committed, empathetic individual with high adaptability and ease in interacting with diverse customers at retail points. The primary objective of this position is to proactively deliver specialized advisory services for skincare products and acquire new customers. The candidate must possess commercial orientation to achieve assigned sales targets, teamwork capabilities, and excellent verbal communication skills. **2\. EDUCATION/TRAINING** * **Minimum Educational Level:** High School Diploma. * **Additional Training (Preferred):** Technical training or qualification as Administrative Assistant in Health, Cosmetology, Esthetics, commercial fields, or related disciplines. **3\. EXPERIENCE** * **General Experience:** Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer service, user support, sales, and customer retention at retail points. * **Specific Experience:** Demonstrable experience in specialized skincare advisory (*skincare*), beauty product promotion, or aesthetic product lines. * **In-Store Operational Skills:** Prior experience in organizing and presenting retail points, inventory control, cash handling, and invoicing. **4\. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * **Sales Management:** Proactively achieve and exceed the monthly sales budget assigned by the company. * **Retail Point Control:** Conduct situational analyses of assigned stores, including reviewing display conditions, inventory levels, and identifying products nearing expiration. * **Mandatory Reporting:** Officially complete and submit the designated visit report form, delivering a qualitative report for each store to validate activities performed. * **Merchandising:** Ensure premium product placement on shelves, strictly adhering to planograms and central visibility guidelines. * **In-Store Staff Training:** Lead training for the retail point’s sales team using internal methodologies such as *"I Show You"* (sharing technical portfolio information) and *"I Observe You"* (verifying correct application of knowledge). * **End-Customer Advisory:** Design personalized *skincare* routines, conduct product testing, and educate customers based on brand concepts. * **End-of-Day Closing:** Conduct feedback sessions with store staff to communicate strengths and opportunities identified during the visit. * **Asset Care:** Manage, safeguard, and maintain all testers in perfect hygienic and presentable condition, minimizing waste. **5\. COMPETENCIES** * **Customer Attention and Service:** Service vocation and customer orientation within the retail channel. * **Teamwork and Adaptability:** Ability to easily integrate with staff across various retail stores. **6\. SALARY** * $2\.500\.000 base salary, sales-based commissions, and social security **7\.
